These are chemical drums, usually having contained some form of alcohol, but we now also have some that contained organic hand soap. We vent the alcohol barrels off so the residue has evaporated. These are great for building Grills or camp fire pits when cut in half. Each end has a removable bung and a vent. They may have some internal corrosion and are not good for fuel storage. We also offer those barrels at a higher price of $25 to $30 depending on demand and availability.
