Quail Eggs on Sausage Patties (Video)

I bought some clearance sausage patties, slapped some plastic cheese on there, and topped it with some pretentious quail eggs. Watch the video. I hope you are entertained.

There are a lot of uses for these delicious little buggers. You just have to be creative. I really believe that quail are the most efficient and productive small homestead animal. Everyone should have a half dozen in a cage somewhere. I raise ours in an aviary, but they thrive in cages as well, Anyway, thanks for tuning in!
